• - Site management, responsible for site preparation : realisation of offices architecture and laydown-plan layouts, creation of specifications, scoping, tendering;

• - Engineering project management (civil/structural/mechanical): define technical solutions upon Client’s needs for plant optimisation, preparation of concept sketches (hand or soft 3D), design reviews, calculation, detailing design, preparation of scope of works and contract management (quoting, tendering), scheduling and control;
• - HSE[Q]:
• • Upgrade company’s HSE[Q] manuals to the highest standards,
  • Standardise Company drawings templates and referencing; establish coding and storage regulations, develop protocol for design review, drawing submissions to Clients and approval.

• - Development of site based procedures, forms, flowcharts, training materials, arrange training of personnel for Company and Contractors and ensure effective implementation of programs;
• - Quality achievement and performance improvement: creation of data acquisition web application and database for data storage, and data sharing throughout the organization;
• - Development of formal communication protocol to ensure that documentation provided by Contractors (Quality Plans, ITPs, MARs, Technical Queries, Concessions Requests, Certificates, Method Statements) are reviewed by relevant Specialists, transmitted to Consultant as required, and returned to Contractor efficiently;
• - Management, supervision of safe storage and verification of all project related documentation, both paper and electronic files;
• - Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements (civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, piping, and automation);
• - Review and improvement of Contractors Quality programs to ensure complete coverage of all activities related to their scope of work;
• - Ensure adequate Inspection Test Plans for each activity are in place and that such plans are correctly implemented;
• - Ensure permanent reporting from Contractors, perform statistical analysis related to manufacturing products and prepare pertinent statistic reports;
• - Continuous monitoring of quality performances and configure management of change plans to control and rectify deviances;
• - Ensure regular quality meetings to address construction related issues and publish structured minutes meeting;
• - Define QA/QC resources requirements for Company and Contractors, control of qualifications and certifications of selected personnel, plan duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules
• - Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to all QA/QC personnel, Package Managers and Supervisors.
• - Creation and management of deficiency system, monitor and enhance progress;
• - Taking full responsibility for hold-point releases once all QMS functions have been completed and the equipment is ready to go into the next work stages (pre-operational verifications, commissioning, production);
• - Management of red-line and as-built drawings process: review of red-line drawings, supervise registering, and coordinate as-built drawings generation with engineering;
• - Manage review and approval processes of Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• - Manage handover process, and project closure;
• - Perform all internal and external audits.
• - Publish lesson learned register and reports for Company’s continuous improvement.

• - development of web QAQC software dedicated to the European Parliament of Luxembourg maintenance services, for site data acquisition, display, storage, KPI measurement and rendering;
• - infrastructure and building pathologies monitoring and analysis;
• - control and classification of industrial facilities;
• - site inspections, auditing, measurements, mathematical treatment of results, and reporting.
